The Chinese connector market has higher requirements for the reliability of connectors in industrial, aerospace and other application fields. At this time, in order to improve the quality, reliability, and reduce costs of connector products, the miniaturization, high-speed, and automation development trend of connectors becomes extremely important.     Generally speaking, the environmental factors that affect industrial connectors are mainly manifested in four aspects: vibration, electromagnetic interference, extreme temperature, and corrosive materials. The specific content is as follows:
    1、 Vibration
    When placed in extreme vibration environments, standard connectors will react. After a period of time, the connection between the plug and socket will gradually wear out, and the pins will sag at the connection point, reducing reliability. Moreover, after such wear and tear, if exposed to a steam environment, it can further cause corrosion.

     2、 Electromagnetic interference
    Severe sources of electromagnetic interference usually include production equipment, power channels, etc. in close proximity to several channels. Machines and electrical circuits generate electric fields that can couple into digital circuits, causing noise and disrupting the integrity of digital signals.
    3、 Extreme temperature
    Nowadays, power connectors can generally tolerate a temperature difference of -10-60 degrees, which is not a problem for most office and general industrial environments.     4、 Corrosive materials
